CAP is the abbreviation for ‘Coöperatief Adviesbureau voor Personeelbeleid’, or cooperative consultancy bureau for personnel policy. Our bureau was founded as long ago as 1978. Nowadays we form a network of six individual entrepreneurs. We enjoy sharing our knowledge and learning together.

We believe in the power of meetings, reflection and dialogue

This cooperation is all about links, the professional links that we maintain through frequent meetings about professionalization and cooperation at the client’s site.

We are convinced that our way of working is a continuous learning process for the way in which we work for our clients and create learning processes for them and their organizations. Respect and trust, courage and confrontation, insecurity and pride; it’s all part of the game.

Supporting people in their learning processes

That’s what we do. And we do it in a coaching style, without taking control. We want to contribute to the vitality and liveliness of people, teams and organizations. Our headquarters in Groningen, in the northeast of the Netherlands, serves as the base from which we work with managers and professionals in all industries on development paths and training programmes.
